Dr Vincent Oketcho
Dr Vincent Oketcho is the Board Chairman. He has worked in Ugandan and East African health care for 30 years, as a physician and as a leader in human resources for health. He brings hisunique perspective, experience and public health training to the Rabboni Group Ltd programs. Before his current role as Country Director for IntraHealth, he was country Director for AMREF and served as the senior human resources for health advisor to Uganda’s Ministry of Health, working on human resources policy, planning, and development. Oketcho received his MBChB from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, and his Masters in Community Health from Liverpool University, UK
Henry Makumbi
Henry Makumbi is cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Rabboni Group Ltd. Sometimes referred to as our Chief Evangelist, he proactively works with the leadership team on executing our current work to excellence and to develop new products. After running businesses for over ten years including an agribusiness, he has very clear insights on market gaps and strategy. He is experienced and passionate with “connecting things”, Long distance cargo transport and Agribusiness. He is results oriented, a large scale change agent, self-starter, strong creative and strategic thinking skills, good listening and negotiation skills.
Henry’s background is in land survey and engineering survey. He holds a Master’s Degree in Land Administration (GIS & Remote sensing) from the University of Twente, Holland.
Daniel Joloba
Daniel Joloba is the Managing Director. He doubles as Chief Operation Officer (COO) with over 10 years Entrepreneurial Training and capacity building in rural agricultural economy, extensive experience in the private sector at both local and international levels, strong work ethic and attention to detail. He guides our strategic partnerships, business development and new initiatives.
He Worked with Enterprise Uganda as head of Business development from 2006 to 2016, as international Consultant for Youth Business International (UK) Projects in Uganda and Tanzania, International Consultant for International Labour Organisation projects financed by the European Union in Ethiopia, National consultant recruited by AVSI foundation for Skilling Youth in Agribusiness in Uganda, and many other impactful engagements.
He has a Bachelors of Economics and a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University
Pamela Oketcho
Pamela Oketcho is the Executive Director. .She has unwavering passion for women and children welfare; strong expertise in human capital management, and company soft issues.
She worked with World Vision as Child Sponsorship manager for post-conflict Bundibugyo District In Uganda from 2004. She has bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa
